WELCOME TO JOIN THE HARVARD CLUB OF SWEDEN!
Membership in the Harvard Club of Sweden is open to any individual who has received a degree from Harvard University or Radcliffe College, or who is, or has been,
(i) a tenured member of the faculty of Harvard University, a faculty member or officer or other holder of a University appointment for at least one full semester,
(ii) a student, fellow or visiting researcher in any department of the University for at least one full semester,
(iii) a person who has completed an academic program in any department of the University that qualifies her/him to be listed in the Harvard Alumni Directory. Membership is also open to anyone who is the recipient of an honorary diploma from either Harvard University or Radcliffe College.

If you are eligible for membership, please choose the applicable membership type below and fill out the online Membership Application Form which you get to when you click "Continue" at the bottom of the page. You will be contacted by one of our Membership officers (Hugh Beach and Erik Karlsson) if you need to complete your application in any way (e.g. with documents in support of your eligibility for membership). Instead of filling out the Membership Application online, you may download and fill out this Membership Form and return it (together with the required documents, if applicable), preferably by email, to one of our Membership officers (Hugh Beach and Erik Karlsson) or by regular mail (see address information in the form).
You may choose to pay the membership fee (SEK 400 for the calendar year 2012) at the time you apply for membership or wait until your application for membership is approved. If your membership application is not approved, you are entitled to a refund.
You have three options for paying the membership fee:
1. Secure online payment with Paypal.
If you want to pay by secure online payment through Paypal, please send an email to our Membership Officers and they will send you the proper link.
2. Transfer to the bank giro of the Harvard Club of Sweden: Bg 244-7316. In case you want a bank giro form, please email to the address below and one will be sent to you. It is important that you state your full name and postal address or e-mail address when you transfer the membership fee.
3. Payment in cash at an event.
You may of course pay for the membership in cash at event. Please note that for some events, you need to be a member in order to register for the event.
The personal data which you submit to the Club, for example your name and address, are protected by the Swedish Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen [SFS 1998:204]). The information will be used by the Officers of the Harvard Club of Sweden solely for the purpose of communicating with the Club's members. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties without your explicit consent. You can at any time ask us to amend some or all of your data stored in our register.
